Ship Your Sample

1–3 transit days

Package your compound per our guidelines and ship it to our facility.

  • ⬡Minimum sample: 5mg lyophilized powder or 1mL liquid solution
  • ⬡Tablets and capsules accepted (minimum 5 units)
  • ⬡Package in amber glass vial with PTFE-lined cap when possible
  • ⬡Label vial with your unique Sample Submission ID
  • ⬡Include a printed copy of your order confirmation inside the package
  • ⬡Use the prepaid FedEx label included in your order email

Lab Analysis

Our team runs your sample through the full ordered panel with validated methods.

  • ⬡LC-MS/MS identity confirmation (Standard & Premium)

  • ⬡GC-FID residual solvent analysis per ICH Q3C (Premium)
  • ⬡Endotoxin and microbial limits testing (Premium, 72hr minimum)

Note: All instruments are calibrated daily. Reference standards are USP-certified.

Shipping & Submission FAQ

What if my sample is lost in transit?

Samples shipped with our prepaid label are covered by FedEx. If a sample is lost, we issue a replacement shipping label and waive the re-submission processing fee. The original order remains open.

Can I ship internationally?

Yes. International clients ship directly to our lab. You are responsible for compliance with export/import regulations in your jurisdiction. Contact us before shipping internationally for guidance on customs documentation.

What if I have less than 5mg?

Contact us before ordering. In some cases we can accommodate smaller sample sizes using modified preparation methods. We'll confirm feasibility for your specific compound.

Do you return my sample?

Samples are consumed during analysis. If you need a portion returned, contact us during ordering. Return shipping is available for an additional fee and requires sufficient sample volume.
